Cross Country

Volleyball (11-11) (3-8)

Oct. 23 at Loyola

W, 3-1

Leopards completed the season sweep of Loyola off of a combined 26 kills by sophomore Elizabeth Walsh and senior Brianne Giangiobbe. Junior Katie Stevens had six blocks and seven kills in the win.

Oct. 24 at American

L, 3-0

The Eagles remained unbeaten in Patriot League play with their sweep of Lafayette. Senior Lauren Pisaro had 17 digs in the loss.

Football (1-7) (0-3)

Oct. 24 at Holy Cross

L, 42-0

The Leopards were shut out for the second straight time by a Crusaders squad that had 561 yards of total offense. junior QB Drew Reed threw for 115 yards and two interceptions.

Men’s Soccer (5-5-5) (2-3-1)

Oct. 24 at Holy Cross

L, 1-0

A goal in the 71st minute pushed the Crusaders past a Leopard’s team that has failed to score in four straight games. Sophomore Brian Ehrlich had seven saves in goal.

Women’s Soccer (8-6-1) (2-5-1)

Oct. 25 vs. Navy

W, 1-0

Junior Julia Wescott scored on a penalty kick in the 64th minute to lead the Leopards past the Midshipmen. Junior Danielle Sedillo and sophomore Kelly O’Brien split time in goal for the Senior Day-win.

Field Hockey (7-9) (2-3)

Oct. 24 vs. Holy Cross

L, 3-2

Three second-half goals secured the win for the Crusaders. Junior Katelyn Arnold had 8 saves in goal for the Leopards, and junior Amanda Magadan and senior Hannah Millen tallied the goals for Lafayette.

Oct. 25 vs. Temple

L, 4-1

Two goals in the first 10 minutes sunk the Leopards in their non-league matchup with the Owls. Junior Amanda Magadan’s goal broke the shutout in the final minutes of the game.
