Men’s Basketball (2-5)

Nov. 21 at NJIT

L, 80-66

Despite a career best game from Klinewski in which he scored 26 points, the Leopards trailed early and were never able to climb back into the game.

Nov. 23 at LaSalle 

L, 83-75

The fifth highest scorer in the nation, LaSalle’s Jordan Price, proved too much to handle as the Explorers beat the Leopards.

Nov. 25 at Princeton

L, 104-52

The Tigers dismantled the Leopards, doubling their total score. Princeton’s bench, which had 58 points, outscored the entire Lafayette team.

Nov. 29 vs. Penn

W, 92-86

The Leopards bounced back to defeat another Ivy League team, Penn, on the backs of five Lafayette players scoring in double digits.

Dec. 2 vs. St. Francis Brooklyn

L, 69-62

The Leopards shot just 45.3% from the field and 15.4% from three-point range in their loss to the Terriers. Lindner had a game-high 18 points.

Swimming

Nov. 20 vs. Lehigh

Both the men’s (167-124) and the women’s (210.4-85.6) fell, despite a total of sixteen pool records being broken during the dual meet.

Women’s Basketball (1-5)

Nov. 20 vs. Duquesne

L, 73-65

Despite senior Jamie O’Hare scoring 22 points, the Leopards fell in their home opener by eight points.

Nov. 22 at Hartford

L, 55-50

The Leopards lost despite having a three-point lead going into the fourth quarter. Junior Maia Hood had a career-high 16 points off the bench.

Nov. 24 at Fordham

L, 61-49

Hood led the way for the Leopards yet again with 18 points off the bench, but it was not enough to beat the Rams. Lafayette shot 24.6% from the field.

Nov. 29 vs. St. Peters

W, 72-69

The Leopards finally cracked the wincolumn after forcing 20 turnovers  to beat the Peacocks. Head coach Theresa Grentz recorded her first Lafayette victory with the win.
