Men’s Basketball

Dec. 5 at Cornell

L, 85-67

Despite 19 points and nine assists from junior guard Nick Lindner, the Leopards 10-point halftime deficit was too much for the squad to overcome.

Dec. 9 vs. Fairleigh Dickinson

L, 91-89

A strong second half performance pushed the Leopards into overtime, but late foul trouble awarded the Knights the victory. Lindner lead the team with 24 points and senior Bryce Scott added 22 as he joined Lafayette’s 1,000-point club.

Women’s Basketball

(2-6)

Dec. 4 vs. St. Francis Brooklyn

W, 77-59

Led by senior Jamie O’Hare’s team high 21 points, including five three-point baskets, the Leopards never trailed in their home game against the Terriers.

Dec. 9 at Wagner

L, 60-48

The Leopards will enter Patriot League play with a road loss. The team shot only 30 percent from the field, while the Seahawks shot 41 percent and added six threes.
