Saturday: W 10-3 (7) vs. North Carolina Central
In a game with a season high of 16 hits, Lafayette had nine different players reach base safely, five of which did so twice. Senior Andrew Santomauro and junior Toby Schwartz combine for 5-6 with four RBIsx, and four runs.
Saturday: W 8-7 vs. North Carolina Central
Lafayette was shutout after the first three innings where they scored all eight runs. In four and two-thirds innings pitched out of the bullpen, sophomore Ari Kaufman and junior Alex Farina combined to surrender only two hits while striking out five. Kaufman got the win, while Farina recorded his third save of the season.
Sunday: W 7-6 vs. North Carolina Central
Lafayette finished off the season hitting two home runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to come back from a two run deficit and win the game. A solo home run by freshman Austen Maggin, whom was pinch-hitting at the time, brought Lafayette within one run. Junior Toby Schwartz followed by knocking in Andrew Santomauro and himself to take a 7-6 lead. Both home runs are the firsts of their respective careers.

Friday-Saturday: Patriot League Championships
Both men and women’s track and field programs finished seventh in the Patriot League Championships. Boston University finished first for the women and Navy finished first for the men. Sophomore Steph Benko finished first in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:41.40. On the men’s side, sophomore Chris Castello finished third in the decathlon with 6290 points.
