A student was sexually assaulted at a party on College Hill early Saturday morning, according to an email sent out by Public Safety to the campus community.
The email, sent out at 3:23 a.m. the same morning, said that the student reported being sexually assaulted around 2 a.m. while attending a party at a residence on the 400 block of Cattell Street. The email also said that the incident was being investigated by the Easton Police Department.
The police released a description of the suspect, saying he is a black male, approximately 5 feet 7 inches and wearing a backwards-facing black baseball cap and a light-colored t-shirt at the time of the incident. A description of the victim was not given.
Police also said that Public Safety is assisting with the investigation.
