Baseball:

Saturday: W 4-2 at George Washington
Senior Connor Ortolf and junior Alex Farina combined for a complete game giving up two earned runs, with four strikeouts and two walks.
Saturday: L 1-0 (10) at George Washington
Three Lafayette errors in the bottom of the tenth inning allowed the only run of the game to reach home plate.
Sunday: W 3-2 at George Washington
Sophomore Connor McMahon earned his first save of the season on a pair of fielder’s choices despite having two on with no one out.
Tuesday: Postponed vs. Rider

 

Men’s Lacrosse:

Lafayette lost a hard fought game against Army, 8-6.
Lafayette lost a hard fought game against Army, 8-6.

Saturday: L 8-6 vs. Army
Army outshot Lafayette 24-11 and won 11-17 faceoffs.
Tuesday: L 9-6 at Delaware
Tied after halftime at 4-4, Delaware was able to outscore Lafayette 5-2 in the last two periods.

 

Women’s Lacrosse:

Saturday: W 16-6 at Wagner University
Senior Ana White netted 5 goals, while teammate, senior Meghan Curtin won her first game in net allowing
6 goals on 10 shots
Wednesday: W 12-6 at Monmouth University
Senior Lauren Kleiber and sophomore Carlianne McCabe combined for six goals, three a piece

 

Men’s Basketball:

Saturday: L 87-84 at Army
Guard Kyle Wilson scored 8 of his 28 points in the final 3 ½ minutes to help Army defeat Lafayette in the final regular season game of the season for both teams.
Monday: W 84-71 at Loyola Maryland
Junior guard Joey Ptasinski scored 18 points including 15 from be
hind the arc to combine with team high scorer junior Seth Hinrichs
for 40 in the game.
Wednesday: L 91-54 at Boston University
Boston shot 47.6 percent from behind the arc and 66 per cent from the field, 10-21 and 37-56 respectively.
The Terriers forced 17 Lafayette turnovers and won the rebounding edge 33-24.

 

Women’s Basketball:

Saturday: L 64-53 vs. Army
Senior Danielle Fiacco becomes second player this season to break the 1,000 career point mark along with junior teammate Emily Homan.
Thursday: Lafayette-American Quarterfinal matchup. Game was past deadline for coverage in The Lafayette.
